Bio Filter – For Grey Water Treatment

Now a days several villages are witnessing low rain fall and waster water management kind serious problems. One conventional way is to supply water by tankers. Rough estimation shows that demand is about 15 tanks costs 30,000 Rs/-. To over come the situation we developed a Bio-filter and installed at  Boy`s hostel for recycling of grey water and to use it for garden and land irrigation, toilet flushing etc. It utilizes plant spices to grow microbes, water transparency & oxygen content and limit the significance of nutrients, ions & nitrogen.
